In wound and surgical care, IMT offers i-Closure, a non-invasive skin closure system designed to support stable healing by distributing suture tension over a wider area. It features a gentle hydrocolloid adhesive that minimizes skin irritation while enabling easy, painless application and removal. IMT also provides stent and catheter solutions.

In addition, IMT introduces NANO-i, a portable nanofiber manufacturing device that generates a nanofiber membrane directly on the wound site. This technology enables rapid hemostasis, strong tissue adhesion, and supports regeneration and antimicrobial protection, making it highly effective for irregular and wide lesion areas.

In the Aesthetic field, IMT offers dermal fillers (HA/CaHA), cosmetic microneedle patches, and digital cooling/heating devices. We also present CELLINI, a skin booster line formulated with Exosome and Pink Aloe, designed to deliver intensive soothing, hydration, and skin revitalization for sensitive and damaged skin.
