Yes. You can discover attendees, request meetings, send messages, and manage your connections directly in the app.

You can send meeting requests to exhibitors, speakers, and attendees through the app. Once a meeting request is accepted, it will automatically appear in your in-app schedule.

Yes. Exhibitors can use the app to scan attendee badges and business cards to capture leads digitally during the event.

The WHX Events App helps exhibitors capture and manage leads digitally, both online and onsite:

•Online leads: Send connection requests, chat with attendees, and schedule online meetings before, during, and after the event.

•Onsite leads: Scan attendee badges and business cards to capture contact details instantly at the event.

The WHX Events App will remain open for 2–3 weeks after the live event. We recommend downloading your leads immediately after the show and continuing to network on the app during this period to follow up on conversations and generate more leads for your pipeline.
