SpeedPURE® Kits for Ultra-Fast Nucleic Acid Extraction

SpeedPURE® kits are designed for ultra-fast nucleic acid extraction from pathogens in combination with the ANCHOR BEAD 32 or other magnetic bead-based nucleic acid purification platforms. The optimized chemistry allows to significantly shorten turnaround times, and deliver actionable results faster. A universal standard protocol allows DNA and RNA purification from a broad variety of specimens incl. plasma, CSF, swabs, urine, stool suspensions and whole blood. SpeedPURE reagents are available in three different formats for individual throughput needs to optmize the workflow in your lab - without delay: • SpeedPURE® Go Kit including pre-filled and pre-sealed cartridges for instant use for individual samples (total of 16 samples per run on ANCHOR BEAD 32) • SpeedPURE® Multi Kit including pre-filled and pre-sealed deep-well plates for batches of 16 samples (total of 32 samples per run on ANCHOR BEAD 32) • SpeedPURE® Flex Kit including bottled reagents for up to 384 samples, to be dispensed by the user, compatible with ANCHOR BEAD 32 or other magnetic bead-based extraction platforms
