StripAssays® are based on reverse hybridization of biotinylated PCR amplification products to wild-type and mutant-specific probes immobilized as an array of parallel lines on a membrane allowing detection of up to 48 alleles simultaneously.
StripAssays® are a tool for the efficient and reliable diagnosis of inherited diseases, genetic predispositions, pharmacogenetics, and oncology.
Several products of the StripAssay portfolio are already CE IVD-marked in compliance with the In Vitro Medical Devices Regulation (EU) 2017/746 (IVDR) and there are more to come.
