RealFast Assay

RealFast Assays are based on real-time PCR with TaqMan probes specializing in the detection of genetic variants such as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and copy number variations (CNVs) associated with genetic disorders, genetic predispositions, and pharmacogenetics. RealFast™ Assays use ultrafast DNA extraction protocols, compatible with all major real-time PCR systems, and come bundled with automated analysis software that integrates seamlessly into the LIMS environment. Several products of the RealFast Assay portfolio are already CE IVD-marked in compliance with the In Vitro Medical Devices Regulation (EU) 2017/746 (IVDR) and there are more to come.
