INTENDED USE:
One Step Multi-panel 5 Test is a rapid, qualitative, immunoassay for the determ-ination of HAV, HBsAg, HCV, HIV and TP Markers ( anti-HAV, HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-TP and anti-HIV ) in human whole blood ,serum or plasma in a convenient one step test format.This assay provides only a preliminary result. Clinical expertise and professional judgment should be sought to further evaluate the result of the test.
TEST PROCEDURE:
1.Remove the test from its protective foil pouch by tearing at the notch. Put the panel on a flat surface.
2. HAV
According to the proportion of 1:500, add 8μl of specimen in the 4ml buffer bottle and shake well. Then drop 2 drops (100μl ) of well mixed buffer into the sample well.
3.HBsAg、HCV、TP、HIV
Use the pipette to draw and slowly add 1 drop(approximately 25- 30μl) of whole blood/serum/plasma to each sample well and simultaneously start timing.Hold the buffer bottle vertically and add 1 drop ( approximately 45μl) of buffer to the each sample well.
