iFIND FIVE RESPIRATORY PATHOGENS ASSAY

The Five Respiratory Pathogens Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR-Fluorescent Probe Method) utilizes real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers and probes are designed to detect SARS-CoV-2, influenza A virus, influenza B virus, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and adenovirus. The detection targets are as follows: SARS-CoV-2: ORF1ab gene and N gene; Influenza A virus: Matrix protein (M) gene; Influenza B virus: NS1 gene; RSV: Matrix protein (M) gene; Adenovirus: Penton base protein L2 gene. This kit adopts an endogenous internal quality control to monitor the collection, transportation, extraction and amplification procedures of test samples to avoid false negative results. This product is only used on the RocGene Full-Automatic Nucleic Acid Detection and Analyzer (iFIND®) Instrument Systems.
