Information
SeraBlue® pure ELISA substrates contain <0,1% 3,3‘,5,5‘-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) as chromogen and <0,05% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as substrate. All substrates are based on a suitable buffer system with an acidic pH range. Products do not contain organic solvents.
