As a targeted NGS (tNGS) solution, HyPA combines exceptional sensitivity with cost efficiency, ensuring reliable detection even at very low pathogen loads. AIT offers two comprehensive detection kits: abNEX Pan-Infection Kit – provides broad-spectrum coverage with the ability to detect 476 pathogens, including 120 bacteria, 101 RNA viruses, 69 DNA viruses, 76 MTB/NTM, 66 fungi, 27 parasites, and 16 additional clinically relevant pathogens. abNEX MTB/NTM Kit – delivers focused, high-impact testing by simultaneously detecting MTB and NTM, along with resistance markers for 5 first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs, 12 second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs, and 3 anti-NTM drugs.
