The abONE™ System is a fully automated molecular diagnostic platform that integrates nucleic acid extraction, real-time PCR amplification, and detection into a single, sample-to-result instrument. The system is intended for the qualitative and/or quantitative detection of specific nucleic acid sequences from human specimens using compatible reagents and assays.
The abONE™ System supports the simultaneous processing of up to 16 samples per run and utilizes pre-filled extraction kits to streamline workflow and reduce hands-on time. With support for up to five fluorescence detection channels, the system enables multiplex real-time qPCR assays for comprehensive nucleic acid analysis. Its automated workflow minimizes user intervention and contamination risk, delivering consistent and reproducible results.
