The Quick TargSeq B Fully Integrated Automatic On-site Quick DNA Test System is a new-generation forensic DNA testing platform jointly developed by the Institute of Forensic Science of China, Tsinghua University, CapitalBio Group, and CapitalBio Technology. This system adopts modular microfluidic chip technology, integrating sample preprocessing, multiplex PCR amplification, and electrophoresis detection into a single process, achieving "sample in - result out" forensic DNA on-site quick testing within 2 hours. It enables forensic DNA technology to transition from specialized positive/negative pressure laboratories to grassroots and field applications, expanding its extent its use from criminal investigation units to a wider range of police departments. Portable and single-operator use, the device is suitable for outdoor, vehicle-mounted, and high-altitude environments, making it a true "mobile forensic DNA laboratory". It serves as a powerful new tool for China's public security authorities in on-site evidence examination, grassroots key personnel screening, rapid response to major public safety incidents, and border control inspections.
