IHepcomf is intended for the qualitative detection of the methylation levels of GNB4 and Riplet genes associated with hepatocellular carcinoma in human plasma circulating cell-free DNA. A positive result may indicate the presence of hepatocellular carcinoma and should be followed by other examinations for confirmation. A negative result indicates that the subject is less likely to develop hepatocellular carcinoma, but its risk cannot be completely ruled out, and other examinations are still recommended if necessary. This product is recommended for screening of hepatocellular carcinoma high-risk populations. The sensitivity is 92.33%, the specificity is 93.35%.
