IEsohunter is intended for the qualitative detection of methylated KCNA3 and OTOP2 of cfDNA in peripheral blood plasma of individuals at high risk of esophageal cancer. A positive result may indicate the presence of esophageal cancer (EC) or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia/dysplasia and should be followed by diagnostic endoscopy. A negative result indicates that the subject is less likely to develop esophageal cancer, but its risk cannot be completely ruled out, and endoscopy is still recommended if necessary. This kit is recommended for screening of individuals at high risk of esophageal cancer. The sensitivity is 87.14, the specificity is 92.98%.
