In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Test Kits, Calibrators

Information
The Reagent Kit HPV 24 is intended for the simultaneous detection, identification and quantitation of DNA of oncogenic types Human papillomavirus (16, 18, 26, 30, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 67, 68, 70, 73, 82, 6, 11, 44) in nucleic acid samples (NA) isolated from clinical samples (mucous membrane secretions of the urogenital tract).
The analytical sensitivity of the reagent kit is 1000 or more genome equivalents/ml of oncogenic HPV types in a processed (DNA extraction) sample.
The linearity range of the reagent kit is 2 x 10^7 to 2 x 10^3 genome-equivalents/ml for oncogenic HPV types.
The E6/E7 genes are used as target genes for HPV DNA detection and the human b-globin gene for internal control.
The Reagent Kit HPV GENOTYPE-4 is intended for the simultaneous detection, identification and quantitation of DNA of oncogenic types Human papillomavirus (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59) in nucleic acid samples (NA) isolated from clinical samples (mucous membrane secretions of the urogenital tract).
