HCV Quantitative is intended for the simultaneous detection and quantification of hepatitis C virus RNA (Hepatitis С Virus, HСV) by the polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription (RT-PCR) with a hybridization-fluorescence detection in nucleic acid samples (NA), isolated from clinical samples (plasma and serum).
HBV Quantitative is intended for the simultaneous detection and quantification of hepatitis B virus DNA (Hepatitis B Virus, HBV) by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a hybridization-fluorescence detection in nucleic acid samples (NA), isolated from clinical samples (plasma and serum).
HCV GENOTYPE is intended for simultaneous detection and differentiation of genotypes 1a, 1b, 2, 3 of hepatitis C Virus (Hepatitis C Virus, HCV) by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with hybridization-fluorescence detection in samples of nucleic acids (NA) isolated from clinical samples (plasma and blood serum containing HCV).
