This device is a three-dimensional strip dispensing and gold spraying instrument, integrating both strip dispensing and gold spraying functions. The XYZ3020 platform is motor-driven along the X-axis (lateral position of the dispensing/gold spraying head), Y-axis (longitudinal position of the dispensing/gold spraying head), and Z-axis (height position of the dispensing/gold spraying head relative to the platform). Three-dimensional positioning is achieved by entering numerical values into the operation interface, enabling precise solution coating and gold spraying effects. The integrated strip dispensing and gold spraying machine is used for fabricating rapid diagnostic test strips and is suitable for test strips based on colloidal gold, fluorescence, quantum dots, and other technologies.
