Real-time amplification of nucleic acids in one step for detection of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1), herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2), Treponema pallidum (TP), Haemophilus ducreyi (HD), varicella-zoster virus (VZV), Chlamydia trachomatis serovar L (CT-LGV) and monkeypox virus (MPXV) in samples of skin lesions and perianal/rectal exudates. > Multiplex PCR in two reaction tubes per sample. > Simultaneous analysis of 7 pathogens using specific targets > First genital ulcer kit in the market including MPXV. > Internal control. > Suitable for thermocyclers with at least 5 channels. > Lyophilized master mix and positive control to ensure stability.
