LyoFACT™ Fast RT Pre-Mix

LyoFACT™ Fast RT Pre-Mix is a lyophilized type designed to increase storage stability and it is supplied as a ready-to-use, which includes an optimized mixture of M-MLV (Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus) RTase mutant that appears to express high processivity, primers such as Oligo dT (dT18) or Random Oligo (dN9), and other components required for rapid reverse transcription reactions. It can be used by simply adding template RNA & RNase free water only to minimize handling errors and increase user’s convenience.
