We developed a fast RT-PCR tech that can extract and amplify virus nucleic acid from a sample in <15 mins. Real-Time PCR is a technology that detects Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) amplification of a specific gene target automatically each cycle. We developed a set of ultra-fast PCR enzyme for 15mins PCR. Our PCR module is capable of completing 40 cycles in 15 mins according to Anbio's thermal design.
