Complete Blood Count(CBC) is among the most frequently performed diagnostic tests globally, with billions of CBC tests conducted every year, yet testing still largely depends on venous blood collection. This creates a major challenge for point-of-care environments—requiring trained phlebotomy, repeated venipuncture, higher patient discomfort, and delayed reporting. The impact is even greater for women, pediatric patients, elderly, and chronic-care patients, where recurring venous sampling is clinically common but practically difficult.
MyCount Xpress addresses this gap by delivering India’s first AI-powered 5-part CBC from a finger-prick sample, enabling decentralized CBC testing without routine venous draw. It combines Fourier-phase optical microscopy, precision microfluidic cartridge technology, and AI-based cellular image analytics to generate high-quality cellular imaging and deliver automated CBC parameters with WBC differential.
Designed for POCT and decentralized laboratories, MyCount Xpress enables faster turnaround, minimal sample handling, and reliable performance with reduced operator dependency—making CBC testing more scalable, patient-friendly, and clinically actionable.
It is also being expanded to support additional key biomarkers, with HbA1c, CRP, and Creatinine (CRE) modules coming soon, enabling a broader metabolic, inflammation, and renal function testing portfolio on the same platform.
