Attendees can access the app from January 14, 2026, until September 2026. After that, you can register for next year's edition to continue receiving content and all in-app event perks.

We recommend using the app on different devices depending on your needs:

• Before the show (pre-show): Use your laptop to log in via the web to browse connections, schedule meetings, and manage your lead lists.
• During the show (onsite): Download the WHX Events App on your mobile device to access your digital badge voucher, scan leads, receive live updates, and network on the go. Click here to download the mobile app and get started.
• Post show: Continue using the app to connect with missed contacts and access exclusive content available only in-app.

The WHX Events App supports networking before, during, and after the event, with features varying by ticket type.

Before the show

• Browse exhibitor profiles and attendee lists
• Send connection requests and start conversations early
• Book 1-to-1 meetings in advance to secure time with key contacts
• Advantage & Platinum ticket holders can also connect with other attendees

During the show

• Continue chats and meetings directly through the app
• Scan badges and business cards to instantly save contacts
• Access all leads in one place without exchanging physical details

After the show

• Export the leads and contacts you generated during the event
• Follow up on conversations started pre-show or onsite
• Create and save new contacts you discovered but didn’t have the chance to meet in person
