SeekIt™ is a fully integrated, equipment-free molecular diagnostic platform designed for rapid testing anywhere laboratory infrastructure is unavailable. It delivers PCR-comparable accuracy without instruments, external power, or trained technicians, enabling decentralized testing across clinical, field, and low-resource environments. Most molecular diagnostics depend on centralized labs, electricity, and complex hardware. Rapid antigen tests trade accessibility for sensitivity. SeekIt removes this tradeoff by combining high analytical performance with true field deployability. SeekIt integrates proprietary nucleic acid extraction, room-temperature isothermal amplification, and visual or optional digital detection into a single, self-contained workflow. The platform requires no laboratory equipment and produces results in minutes, supporting real-time decision-making at the point of need. Test development is powered by BioSeeker™, Seek Labs’ machine learning engine that analyzes pathogen genomic data to identify conserved, high-confidence targets. BioSeeker enables rapid assay design and adaptation across viral and bacterial threats, compressing traditional diagnostic development timelines. Results are readable visually without any device. When connectivity is available, the optional SeekIt mobile app uses AI-assisted image capture to digitize results for storage, transmission, and program-level analytics. Digital functionality is optional by design to ensure usability in disconnected settings. SeekIt is built for infectious disease detection in human and animal health, including outbreak response, surveillance, border and port screening, veterinary applications, field research, and humanitarian deployments.
