Indication: Treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and adolescents (body weight ≥30 kg) as a component of antiretroviral therapy (ART). Used in combination with other antiretroviral agents for initial therapy, treatment-experienced patients, and integrase inhibitor-naive individuals.
Dosage: 50 mg once daily (standard dosing) or twice daily (if used with ritonavir-boosted protease inhibitors or certain inducers). Can be taken with or without food. Part of combination antiretroviral regimen.
