Our latest addition to the Atesos Hip System: Our short stem Unas which comes in a low-offset or high-offset version and the usual high-quality coating like our Pyramid system. It can be used with the same instruments like the Pyramid system. It was specifically designed for the Direct Anterior Approach and maintains more bone than the standard hip stem.
