CryoIQ DERM plus Liquid The cost-effective Solution for Treating Small Warts and Skin Lesions by using liquid freezing. Our CryoIQ DERM plus device, renowned for its popularity and user-friendliness when it comes to treating smaller warts and common benign skin lesions. What sets this device apart from competition is its innovative design, featuring a built-in non-return valve that ensures gas containment and prevents leakage, optimizing the use of the gas content. The versatility of the DERM plus makes it an invaluable addition to various medical practices, including general medicine, dermatology, paediatrics, podiatry, aesthetics and veterinary care. One of its standout features is the DERM plus Liquid, which freezes at an ideal temperature of -89°C / -128°F. This temperature precision guarantees the most effective treatment outcomes. Additionally, it comes equipped with a standard fixed applicator for liquid spray freezing. What sets this device apart is its cutting-edge cooling technology, eliminating the need to handle potentially hazardous gases and liquids. This ensures not only safety but also ease of replacing the gas cartridge when it's empty. The ergonomic design of the device allows for even, accurate, and economical distribution of the cooling medium by simply depressing the metering lever. The pencil-type grip provides a straightforward and highly precise application. Rest assured, the CryoIQ DERM plus is proudly made in Sweden, a testament to its quality and reliability. CryoiqNP2.D101CryoIQ® designs and manufactures handheld cryosurgical instruments for the controlled treatment of skin lesions across medical and veterinary practice. Developed and produced in Sweden, CryoIQ® devices are purpose-built for precise, localised cryosurgical work. The system is designed to give the operator direct control over tissue exposure, supporting defined treatment areas and reproducible application in daily clinical use. The compact, ergonomic form factor enables true handheld operation. A fine, targeted spray allows controlled application to the lesion, with a constant freezing temperature of −89 °C / −127 °F and a freezing pressure of 725 psi. This configuration supports predictable cryosurgical performance without reliance on liquid nitrogen or external canisters. CryoIQ® instruments use disposable nitrous oxide (N₂O) cartridges with an integrated valve system, eliminating leakage and minimising preparation time between procedures. This cartridge-based design ensures immediate availability for clinical use and simplifies storage, transport, and logistics compared with traditional cryosurgical modalities. The system is modular. A fixed applicator is available for common treatment scenarios, while a range of interchangeable applicators supports broader clinical use across dermatology, general practice, paediatrics, podiatry, OBGYN/urology, veterinary medicine, and aesthetic dermatology. This modular architecture allows distributors to address multiple specialties with a single platform. All CryoIQ® products are developed and manufactured in our own facility. This vertical integration allows full control over quality, consistency, supply continuity, and ongoing product development. CryoIQ® works with an established international distributor network and supports partners with a stable, scalable product platform designed for long-term clinical and commercial deployment. We welcome you to our booth to experience the CryoIQ® cryosurgical system and discuss its application in your clinical practice or distribution portfolio.
