Cervical VBR Expandable Prosthesis is designed for reconstruction and stabilization of the cervical spine section by replacing vertebral bodies (on one or consecutive spine levels). The device is used to replace collapsed, damaged or unstable vertebral bodies and when partial or complete corpectomy due to a tumor or trauma was performed, in skeletally mature patients. The aim of the spine stabilization is to achieve a uniform bone block (spondylodesis), as a result of fusion of the vertebral bodies.
