The Babypuff® 1020 neonatal resuscitator provides excellent results in resuscitation procedures, operating with an external gas source. It features two easily adjustable valve systems that parameterize and control all the resuscitator's functions. It enables excellent oxygenation, safely inflating the patient's lungs with a consistent PIP and excellent control in maintaining PEEP, thus maintaining functional residual capacity and consequent alveolar opening, preventing lung collapse. This device differs from manual bag resuscitators and monobloc valve resuscitators, offering easy readings directly from a fast-response manometer/vacuum gauge with an efficient patient interface system.
