The HP 400–2000 D/E and D/E/B RO systems are engineered for maximum hygiene, performance and durability. The dead-zone-free design, including membrane elements, ensures reliable operation and easy cleaning. Thin-film membrane modules arranged in series with tangential flow and vortex grid technology effectively reduce fouling and deposits. All critical components are manufactured from orbital-welded AISI 316L stainless steel, including pressure vessels and piping, with no plastic or PVC in the pure water path. The system is MDR-certified and designed to meet the highest medical and regulatory requirements. Built for continuous operation, the HP series offers a service life of 15 to 20+ years with low lifecycle cost
