Information
The VDF 001 shower tub is designed for showering patients who can independently seat upright. It grants an ergonomic working posture for the healthcare professional and comfort and privacy for the patient.
Structure
A sturdy body made of thick fiberglass is combined with an AISI 304 stainless-steel frame with support feet that can be fixed to the floor.
Access
Thanks to the front access, the VDF 001 shower tub can be placed also in narrow bathrooms.
The anatomical seat with backrest slides on guides and can be locked in forward position to facilitate patient access and exit. Ergonomic stainless-steel handles help the patient to seat down and stand up.
Showering
The sliding seat can be locked in backward position which is ideal for patient washing operations.
The front splash-guard panel prevents water from spreading out of the tub.
The VDF 001 shower tub is also equipped with foot bath area, built-in toilet and floor drain 10 cm in diameter.
The tub can be equipped with built-in taps (VDF 001 P), or complemented with the PLS 001 shower and sanitization panel.
VDF 001 P version represents a compact solution that integrates shower and sanitization functionality in the tub body, with thermostatic regulation of the washing temperature and automatic mixing of the disinfectant.
