Developed and manufactured by Ozon Sağlık Hizmetleri, our Vacuum Citrate Glass Bottles with Micro Perl technology are specifically designed for controlled medical blood treatment applications.
Produced in Türkiye under strict quality control, these bottles ensure safe and stable blood processing by maintaining the appropriate vacuum level and citrate concentration. The micro perl internal surface supports more homogeneous interaction within the bottle and provides an optimized internal surface structure designed to improve process efficiency.
The micro perl design contributes to stable and reproducible processing conditions, supporting consistent and reliable performance in advanced medical applications.
In parallel, research and development activities are ongoing to further enhance the internal fluid-contact pathway through the evaluation of pharmaceutical-grade Type II glass inner tube solutions combined with micro perl surface technology. These studies aim to optimize material inertness, surface interaction behavior, and long-term performance consistency under controlled use conditions.
As the first locally produced vacuum citrate bottles of their kind in Türkiye, they offer a reliable and cost-effective alternative to imported products, while meeting international standards for safety and performance.
