HEDONE USA LLC provides complete surgical suture production machines and turnkey factory solutions, supporting manufacturers and investors in establishing fully compliant and scalable suture manufacturing facilities. We act as a full project management and OEM partner, covering the entire production chain for absorbable and non-absorbable sutures.
Our scope includes Clean Room design and installation, integrated with extrusion lines for monofilament and multifilament sutures, covering polymer processing, stretching, annealing, diameter control, and take-up. Downstream production is supported by Suture Multifilament–Monofilament Winding, Stiffening and Cutting Machines, together with Suture Drying systems to stabilize material properties.
For multifilament products, HEDONE USA LLC supplies Braiding Machines designed for uniform braid structure and consistent strength. We also provide Needle Attaching and Crimping Units, ensuring reliable needle-to-thread bonding and dimensional accuracy. Supporting infrastructure includes Glove Boxes and Dry Cabinets for controlled handling and moisture-sensitive processes.
For final preparation, we deliver Packaging Equipment, including packing machines, blister packaging systems, sealing machines, labeling, and carton packaging solutions, enabling full batch traceability and market-ready products. Where required, production lines are integrated with ethylene oxide (EO / EtO) gas sterilizers for validated end-of-line sterilization.
Beyond equipment supply, HEDONE USA LLC provides full project management for surgical suture factory setup, including layout design, integration, commissioning, IQ, OQ, PQ support, international installation, training, and OEM services, including needle and thread supply and know-how transfer, especially for first-time investors.
