Information
POLYESTER – POLYURETHANE COMPOSITE MESH
UNIFIX-PU
Description: Polyester–Polyurethane Composite Mesh is a macro-perforated structure with two unique sides:
A permeable polyester side that supports excellent fibroblast colonization and rapid tissue fixation
A smooth, non-absorbable polyurethane side that is non-adherent, allowing fluid transfer while minimizing contact with viscera
The dual-side mesh is equipped with sutures and includes a visual marking on the polyester side for easy centering during placement.
We cater to both domestic and international markets with trusted surgical solutions. Visit our booth or website Universal Sutures( Surgical suture) to know more about.
POLYPROPYLENE – POLYETHYLENE COMPOSITE MESH
DUOLITE
Description: A sterile, non-absorbable composite mesh designed for soft-tissue reconstruction. Pre-shaped for ready-to-use application, it features a low-profile design ideal for laparoscopic placement.
The mesh combines:
A knitted polypropylene layer to promote tissue ingrowth
A low-porosity LDPE barrier layer to minimize unwanted adhesions
It offers high burst and tensile strength, with perforations that facilitate effective seroma drainage.
Intended Purpose
Used in reconstruction of soft-tissue deficiencies, including:
Hernia repair
Chest wall defect repair.
