The PRINTLAB® 2 is thermoforming equipment used to mould orthotic insoles. The PRINTLAB® 2 makes it possible to set each foot impression separately and achieve greater stability during the moulding of the insoles. It has the following technical features: Composition: 2 separate Standard vacuum bags (made from silicone filled with microbeads) connected to an integrated vacuum pump with filter. 1 integrated safety device that automatically interrupts its operation in the event of an anomaly. Advantages: Thermoforming directly on the patient's feet Working ergonomics and aesthetics Portable: ideal for work on the move Flexible silicone bags; a material that is highly resistant to heat and ageing Design allowing for high precision in the creation of insoles Malleable at will: allows the patient's impression to be set in the desired position and to create either counter-relief or relief zones
