hdrOzone® Hydronium Heavy Molecule Sterilizer offers low-temperature sterilization that utilizes dual sterilants: Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂) and Ozone (O₃). With its patented technology, hdrOzone generates a powerful combination of H₂O₂, O₃, and hydronium heavy molecules to deliver unmatched sterilization performance. Designed for the most demanding sterilization needs, hdrOzone® safely processes all types of heat- and moisture-sensitive medical instruments, including plastics, lumen devices, electromechanical tools, surgical instruments, and complex long-lumen materials such as single- and multi-channel flexible endoscopes. It is capable of sterilizing multi-channel flexible endoscopes with up to 4 channels and lengths up to 4.5 meters. Thanks to its unique technology, hdrOzone® can sterilize lumen materials with diameters as small as Ø2 mm and lengths up to 15 meters—offering high versatility and reliability. Sterilizing all items together in a fully loaded chamber without any sorting requirement, the HdrOzone® delivers a per-cycle cost nearly one-third of conventional hydrogen peroxide sterilizer, while driving substantial reductions in labour demand and overall processing time.
