Information
Venti-Trach series offers advanced tracheostomy solutions engineered to improve patient safety, comfort, and clinical workflow efficiency. Each sterile, single-use tube is made from soft, thermosensitive, DEHP-free PVC, which conforms to body temperature for enhanced tissue compatibility and long-term comfort. The material is radiopaque and contains no metal parts, making the device MRI-safe and suitable for imaging and intensive care use.
A standout feature is the patented subglottic suction system, enabling effective removal of secretions above the cuff to reduce aspiration risks and help prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP). The low-pressure cuff provides a secure seal with minimal pressure on tracheal walls, preserving mucosal integrity while ensuring effective ventilation.
For patients requiring frequent airway maintenance, certain Venti-Trach models offer a disposable inner cannula system, allowing quick cannula replacement without disturbing the outer tube. This supports better hygiene, infection control, and workflow efficiency during early postoperative recovery or in patients with heavy secretions.
Each device includes an obturator, adjustable neck strap, and a color-coded neck plate for rapid size and configuration identification—streamlining tube verification during routine care or emergencies. The neck plate clearly distinguishes between fenestrated and non-fenestrated types to reduce risk of misplacement.
The platform also supports optional subglottic suction and double-lumen configurations, giving hospitals flexibility to standardize protocols across patient populations without significant procedural changes. This ensures smooth transitions between care levels while optimizing inventory and training needs.
