Disposable Insulin Syringes

It consists of needle cap, needle tube, nozzle, barrel, plunger, plunger stopper and gasket. Both needle cap and plunger cap are to keep the product maintaining sterile, and the color of these caps means the concentrations that the syringe suitable for. For example, these two caps are orange, which indicates insulin concentration is U100. If the caps are red, that indicates the concentration is U40. There are other colors, we all refer to ISO standard. Our insulin syringe is with fixed needle tube, there may be some insulin syringes with no needle or a detachable needle, fixed one and detachable one are both available in our factory. The graduation and the length of insulin syringe varies with the concentrations, and the scale interval is also different, the details are decided by which kind of insulin syringe you would like to order. Both the barrel and plunger is made of PP, and the seal has two materials-natural latex and latex free. We are usually print the batch number, manufacture date and expiry date on the individual pack. The concentrations will also be shown on, by the way, the concentration will be shown on the barrel. We provide individual pack. Inner box and outer carton.
