It consists of closure piercing device, fluid channel, drip chamber, tube, flow regular and some other parts. Take this model as an example, let’s start the brief introduction to infusion set. The closure piercing device can be inserted into the container. It is made of medical class ABS. The drip chamber is made of medical grade PVC. The drip chamber shall permit continuous observation of the fall of drops. he drip chamber should better be elastic, and the barrel of it should not be so thin, or it may be shrink during transportation, and will be hard to recover from this condition. The tubing is also made of PVC, which is transparent enough for users to see the interface and water during the passage of air bubbles. We provide the length of 1.6m, 1.5m, and you can choose any length, including the injection site, when provided, and the male conical fitting. In addition, on the premise that the total length of the infusion set is not less than 1.6m, the length from distal end to drip chamber including injection site and male conical fitting can be less than 1.5m, but shall be more than 1.25m. Flow regulator can adjust the flow of fluid from container to injection site inside, and it won’t be damaged during one single use. There are four kinds of injection site for you to choose in our factory- straight port, bulb port, 2 Y-port. The last part of infusion set is male conical fitting, but you can also choose to displace it with luer lock and luer slip. The needle is also optional. The individual package can be blister pack or poly bag, and we will also print the batch number, manufacture date and expiry date on individual package, inner box and outer carton.
