It consists of protective needle cap, needle tube, joint medium and hub. The needle cap is to protect from accident injury. The needle tube is made of stainless steal, and it is taper. The outer diameter of hub is larger than that of tip. We may not observe by eyes, but they can be measured by technical equipment. In order to minimize the coring and fragmentation as well as the pain of patient, the needle point is designed by 3 tangent planes, meeting the principle of geometry.
According to the wall thickness of the needle. We used to divide needle into regular wall, thin wall and extra thin wall. The length of needle tube is optional. By the way, the color of hub varies with the gauge of needle, for example, 23G(G here means outer diameter) is blue. And if this hub is green, so its gauge is 21G. This is color coding meets the requirements in ISO standards.
We are used to making individual package of each hypodermic needle in order to keep other hypodermic needles still be sterile after one is used. You can design your own layout of individual package, inner box and outer carton, but your quantity must reach our MOQ.
