There are two kinds of it. One is 2-part and the other is 3-part.
2-part disposable syringe comprises barrel and piston, whereas plunger and plunger stopper from one component made of the same material. 3-part syringe includes barrel and piston, whereas plunger and plunger stopper are two separate components of different materials. One easy method to distinguish these two syringes is to see if there is a seal on the top of the plunger. If there is, it is 3-part disposable syringe, otherwise, it is 2-part disposable syringe.
The barrel and plunger of 3-part disposable syringe is made of PP, but the barrel of 2-part disposable syringe is made of PP and the plunger of that is made of PE.
Each of the syringe will be blister pack or poly bag. And we can also print your layout on the individual pack, inner box and outer carton.
