The Sterile Collection swab is a piece of absorbent material (cotton or nylon) attached to the end of a stick made of PP. it is used for collection of natural secretions from body orifices of the human body, such as pharynx, nasal cavity, cervix, anus and rectum. It includes PP stick with sample swab head (cotton or nylon) attached and PP tube with PP cap with transport medium inside. The Sterile Collection Swab is sold in sterile by EO sterilization or e-beam irradiation sterilization and are intended to be single use.
