The PREMOSYS OPLYTIX Spectra is a compact, high-precision miniature spectrometer for demanding biotech and high-performance processes. It was specially developed for measurements from VIS to NIR and is ideal for inline monitoring of biotechnological processes. The OPLYTIX Spectra base variant covers the VIS range from 360–830 nm with a resolution of 5.2 nm and the VIS–NIR range from 500–1100 nm with 6.7 nm; In addition, a NIR range of 950–1700 nm with a resolution of 9.5 nm is available. This allows critical process parameters to be reliably recorded in real time.
For applications with particularly large spectral requirements, OPLYTIX Spectra clear offers a high-precision spectrometer with an extended measuring range from UV to NIR. It measures from 190–1100 nm with a resolution of 1.0–1.8 nm, enabling extremely fine spectral differentiation. An integrated FPGA with 16,000 logic units ensures fast signal processing and stable, reproducible data evaluation – ideal for automated production environments. Both OPLYTIX variants feature an intuitive user interface that allows easy integration into existing systems and convenient operation. OPLYTIX combines compact design, high spectral resolution, and industrial robustness into a powerful platform for modern process analytics.
