Famed Optima X Line is a next-generation operating table built around a compact X-shaped carbon-fiber base. The material not only delivers a distinctive look, but is also highly practical: smooth surfaces are easy to clean and resistant to impacts, helping protect the mechanisms housed in the base and table column.
The X geometry brings clinicians closer to the patient while keeping the footprint efficient in device-dense ORs. It improves access around the tabletop and supports contemporary imaging workflows without sacrificing stability. Omnidirectional swivel wheels integrated into the base enable true 360° movement and precise placement in a single motion—reducing setup time and avoiding complex repositioning patterns.
Ergonomics are embedded in the architecture: all-side foot clearance allows a natural stance close to the field, lowering strain during long procedures, while the base still provides secure foot bracing. High-precision actuation delivers synchronous or sequential positioning with repeatable accuracy down to 0.5 mm and 0.1°—combining compact form, maneuverability and fine motion control for efficiency, comfort and reliability.
