The 18 DIN Baskets Double Door Washer Disinfector is designed for efficient and high-performance cleaning in environments requiring strict hygiene standards. It operates with washing temperatures up to 95°C, ensuring antibacterial thermal disinfection for optimal sanitation. With a capacity for 18 DIN baskets, it supports a variety of items, making it versatile for different washing needs. The machine offers 20 default programs and an additional 20 customizable programs, allowing for flexibility in operation. A multi-language TFT colour touch screen is available on both sides of the unit, providing an intuitive interface for easy operation. Access to the system is protected by different levels of password security, ensuring that only authorized personnel can modify settings. For additional convenience, an integrated built-in panel printer is available as an option, and a USB port allows for downloading logs of washing cycles. The washer features a high-performance drying system powered by two motors, utilizing forced hot air for efficient drying. The high-pressure hot air drying system includes double absolute 99.999% HEPA filters for superior air purification. There are two sliding full glass doors, which are interlocked to provide a clear separation between the dirty and clean sides of the machine. The washing chamber, made from durable AISI 316L stainless steel, is equipped with two spray arms, one at the top and one at the bottom, for thorough cleaning. The washer includes peristaltic pumps for both liquid detergent and neutralizer, each with a level sensor. There is also the option to install up to three additional peristaltic pumps for greater flexibility. The detergent cabinet, which can hold up to four 5-liter cans and one 1-liter can, has a removable tray for easy access. The unit comes with cold, hot, and demineralized water connections, and two independent washing pumps for optimal cleaning performance.
