BPW4260 bedpan washer

The column bedpan-washer with automatic tilting door is designed for simultaneous treatment of up to four bedside urinals or two bedside urinals and one bedpan. It has the capacity to clean two bedpans per cycle when equipped with the factory option (BPW-2B) and the corresponding support (R-2B-XX). The door opens and closes automatically by passing a hand in front of a dedicated sensor, although pedal activation is also possible. The user interface is a touch on glass, featuring a large, color graphic display that shows operating parameters on three separate levels, such as the program, progress status, temperature, remaining time, A0 value, and peristaltic dosing information. The unit comes with a built-in datalogger to store historical data of executed programs, and programs can be started without touch by passing a hand in front of a customizable sensor. The A0 value is adjustable by the user. It includes nine pre-set programs: three ECO, three standard programs (bedside urinals, mixed, intensive), one certified program for Clostridium difficile, and one for a universal basket (factory option). There is also an automatic self-disinfection program every 24 hours when the device is not in use. The system features 10 additional customizable programs and an ECO function that saves up to 30% in water and energy consumption. A protected USB port is integrated for connection to a PC or third-party storage system, and it is ready for additional independent data connections (LAN port, RS232) as well as wireless connections (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi). The washing basin is made of either AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel for the BPW4260J-K6 model. The washer uses an innovative MULTIZONE system with five autonomous zones, which enhances the cleaning cycle's effectiveness. Cleaning is carried out using 18 nozzles that operate simultaneously (both concentrated and distributed), plus a standard upper sprinkler.
