Smart / Flexible Power Usage Tende VAV-TR can be operated by AC network, external DC power supply or by an internal battery. The battery starts to charge when the AC source is connected. The transport incubator can be operated for minimum of two hours with a single battery and minimum of four hours with double batteries. Mattress Biocompatible, Cytotoxicity and Skin Irritation Free, Fire Retarded, Water Proof & Washable Humidification System A passive humidification system was preferred in Tende VAV-TR transport incubator. Tende Recommends disposable sponge because of contamination risk. Temperature Mode Clinicians can easily set air or skin mode temperature and monitor both values in the LED display . Control Panel The microprocessor-controlled Tende VAV-TR ergonomic control panel allows users to control the incubator by membrane keys. A wide digital LED display that can be monitored easily from all angles shows data Oxygen System Safety and security are very important in Tende VAV-TR oxygen system so the oxygen level can be monitored with a 1% resolution. Oxygen values are shown at the control panel continuously. Examination Lamp There is a LED examination lamp on the incubator which can illuminate the entire surface over the cabinet for facilitating interventions to be done to the baby inside. OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT PULSE-OXIMETER (MASIMO RAINBOW SET) Tende VAV-TR uses the most advanced Masimo Rainbow SET SpO2 technology. The advantage of this set is that it is also possible to measure perfusion (PI) and pleth variability index (PVI), total hemoglobin (SpHb) methemoglobin (SpMet) carboxyhemoglobin (SpCO) values without taking blood samples from the newborn (Non-Invasive).
