The FV45G1EVO professional refrigerator, with a 450-liter capacity, is designed for efficient product storage in professional environments. It features a temperature range from +2°C to +15°C and includes a double glass insulated self-closing door, with the option to select left-side hinges during ordering. It is also equipped with a security lock with a key. Controlled by a microprocessor, the refrigerator includes a 7-inch high-resolution True Color touch-screen display, which shows a real-time, customizable temperature graph. The refrigerator’s LED lighting system is adjustable in intensity, and Wi-Fi connectivity comes standard for remote control and access to a personal portal for data storage and cloud-based alarm notifications. A precision datalogger records temperature data and alarms for up to 10 years, with a sampling frequency of up to 30 seconds. A USB port allows downloading temperature and alarm data in .csv format. The unit features 4 temperature probes for increased accuracy: 3 NTC probes for the compartment, evaporator, and condenser, and a PT100 probe for control and alarms. The system also includes a backup battery (optional) to monitor operations during power outages. Historical data can be displayed graphically on the screen. The user interface is available in 4 languages, with both visual and audible alarms for high or low temperatures, open door, condenser cleaning, probe failures, power or backup battery issues, gas recharge needs, and more. The defrosting system is automatic with programmable evaporation of condensed water. The evaporator is ventilated, ensuring uniform temperature distribution, and internal compartment lighting is provided by vertical LED strips. The standard configuration includes 3 adjustable stainless steel shelves, with the option to add up to 5 more, or alternatively, stainless steel drawers with Plexiglas fronts (up to 5). The refrigerator is mounted on 4 wheels and 2 adjustable front feet.
