Introducing our latest Mobile CT Trailer, engineered by Optima Technic in partnership with @gehealthcare for the GE Revolution Maxima 128-slice CT Scanner.
The unit features GE’s Express Mode Camera, enabling automatic patient positioning for fast and accurate scanning in mobile environments.
Designed as a luxury-class medical unit, this trailer combines aesthetics and smart control systems to deliver hospital-grade imaging in the field.
The unit is equipped with two integrated PLC touch screens offering full control over:
Hydraulic Stabilization Legs
Expandable Room Mechanisms
Live Monitoring of Temperature and Humidity
A motorized patient lift system, also operated via PLC, ensures safe and ergonomic access.
As a certified Global Trailer Supplier for @gehealthcare , this mobile CT trailer has successfully completed a full range of validation tests:

Every component — gantry, table, UPS, PDU, camera, HVAC, radiation shielding — is mounted with custom-engineered flanges and reinforced structural base for mobility.
This project was developed in close coordination with GE’s engineering team and is now fully validated and ready for operation.
Optima Technic also manufacturing Mobile Radiology Units has reliable features and can serve patients in the field.
It includes a viewing room, dressing room, toilet, reception and nurse's room.
The radiology room is produced in a single piece in a vacuum machine with lead insulated lead plates placed inside the GRP panel.
