Information
SPASY is a medical device used in percutaneous vertebroplasty to stabilize vertebral segments by restoring the height of vertebrae affected by compression fractures.
Designed for percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty, this device features a balloon at its distal end, which is inserted into the fractured vertebra (commonly caused by conditions like osteoporosis).
It alleviates pain, restores the collapsed vertebra's height, and helps correct spinal kyphosis.
SPASY received KFDA and CE approval in 2008, allowing it to be officially marketed in both domestic and European markets.
