The Blood Bank Refrigerator, designed for maintaining optimal storage conditions for blood bags, operates within a temperature range of +2°C to +6°C. With an internal volume of 700 liters, it can accommodate up to 385 bags (450ml). The refrigerator is equipped with a self-closing insulated double glass door, with hinges positioned on the right side (left-side opening can be specified upon order), and features a safety door lock with a key for enhanced security. It uses an electronic control system, managed through a high-resolution 7" True Color full touch screen graphic display. It provides a real-time, customizable temperature graph that is always visible, and the refrigerator is equipped with full LED technology, allowing for adjustable light intensity. The unit also offers standard Wi-Fi connectivity, enabling remote monitoring and data access, along with cloud-based alarm notifications. A precision datalogger records temperature data and alarms, with data storage lasting up to 10 years and sampling frequencies up to 30 seconds. A USB port is provided for downloading temperature and alarm logs. The refrigerator features four temperature probes, including three NTC probes for measuring the temperature of the cabinet, evaporator, and condenser, and a PT100 probe for controlling and triggering alarms. In the event of power failure, a backup battery ensures continuous monitoring. The system also allows for easy retrieval and graphical display of historical data. The refrigerator supports four selectable languages and provides both audible and visual alarms for issues such as high or low temperatures, open doors, probe malfunctions, and more. Defrosting is automated with condensate water evaporation, and the refrigerator features a safety thermostat set at +2°C.
