Information
Indications:
· Developmental hip dysplasia.
· Congenital dislocation of the hip.
· Congenital subluxation of the hip.
· Acetabular dysplasia treatments.
Orthosis for easy and quick placement composed of:
· Two shoulder straps
· Four leg straps; 2 anterior, responsible for regulating hip flexion, and 2 posterior, responsible for regulating hip abduction. All straps are marked to facilitate correct symmetry and placement in the appropriate position.
· Booties: The booties incorporate socks to prevent the baby from putting his foot out. These include a color system to facilitate correct placement.
· Abduction strap: To be placed between the anterior leg straps under medical indication.
· Protectors: To be placed on the straps to avoid any unwanted friction, if necessary.
